JAM Concert returns for the flagship event of Cosplay.PH this coming weekend covering 3-days from October 02 – 04, 2026, for Cosplay Mania‘s 18th year. We are going to be graced by three different artists for this event’s line-up, from Nami Tamaki, MindaRyn, and ZAQ. For this article, we will be highlighting Thailand-based singer, Nami Tamaki.
Nami Tamaki is a Japanese singer under Sony Music Japan label, she had four top-ten albums, two of which reached number one. Her notable singles were used as theme songs for animated shows such as Kidou Senshi Gundam SEED opening theme songs Believe and Realize, Kidou Senshi Gundam SEED Destiny ending theme song Reason, and D. Gray-man opening theme song Brightdown,
We were given a chance by Cosplay.PH before the event to ask two questions before our awaited with Nami Tamaki.
Question: Which song that you have performed for the Gundam franchise is the closest to your heart and the most meaningful?
Nami Tamaki: “Reborn.” The lyrics actually include the Japanese titles of the Gundam SEED songs I’ve sung over the years.
It really makes me feel like everything has been leading up to this.

Question: Lastly, let’s talk about the characters in the series, who would you say is the character you resonate the most?
Nami Tamaki: Ever since the series first aired, I’ve always loved Natarle Badgiruel. I really admire the way she lived—and even the way she met her end. She was just incredibly cool.
Even now, she’s still someone I look up to.

We at SetsuAni would like to thank Cosplay.PH for letting us ask questions to Nami Tamaki before Cosplay Mania 2026 this October 02 – 04, 2026, and letting us be one of their trusted media partners for this year’s series of events.
