Paving from the East to South-East Asia we saw one of their best in the flesh last CosMeet 2025, from their gaming cosplays to their favorite characters we are proud to receive a chance for a brief interview with the beloved Coser ING.
It’s been a while since Coser ING has graced the Philippine grounds but her presence shone the most last CosMeet 2025 at the OKADA Manila, HEARTINGS were no short but enthusiastic to see her at the stage, to the panel, and the Meet&Greet.
For those of you that don’t know yet, Coser ING hails from the K-POP Capital of the world-South Korea! From humble beginnings at around 12 years ago circa 2013, ING has been dedicated to the craft of not just cosplay but make-up as well, the refined looks and well polished movements are all years of hardwork; and that hard work has earned recognition from fans all over the world.
And here in the Philippines in the midst of a global pandemic in 2022, when the online has given us a space to be ourselves ING has reached the Hearts of Pinoys through the social media scene; thus giving birth to a fandom full of gratitude and love-HEARTINGS 💕.
The fandom bloomed around November of 2022 like a small seedling in winter, thawing to a new spring they chose the name “HEARTINGS,” a distinct combination of ING’s coser name and her favorite Heart emoji.
Us here at Setsu-Ani got the privilege to ask several questions and hope you HEARTINGS find it a step closer to understanding more about Coser ING.

Q: People have seen you in the cosplay community for a while. How long have you been cosplaying, and what made you start?
ING: As of 2025, it’s been 12 years since I started cosplaying. I began after seeing photos in the cosplay section of a fan café I joined. I wanted to be as amazing as those people and meet them in person. Now, I’ve met many of them—and even become friends with people I used to admire. It’s something I’m truly grateful for.

Q: Which cosplay set has been the most complicated for you so far, and what’s your dream cosplay?
ING: My World of Warcraft cosplay was the most difficult one because I made the full armor by hand and had allergic reactions during the process. It was exhausting but also very rewarding once finished. My dream cosplays are the bird version of Howl from Howl’s Moving Castle and Moira from Overwatch 2.
Q: With many fans who look up to you, how do you hope to deepen that connection and inspire them further?
ING: Honestly, I’m still figuring that out. I’m so thankful to everyone who supports me, and sometimes I feel like I haven’t done enough for them. I even cry sometimes out of gratitude when fans come to see me. In the end, I think it’s actually them who inspire me the most.

In the great words of the writer George Orwell, “To be loved, is to be understood.”-And we hope that from this sliver of an interview you can also be able to Capture Moments from ING‘S last meet and greet, and Deliver these stories to the years to come with fellow Heartings with a full heart until the next visit back to the Philippines.
A big thank you to HEARTINGS for sharing to us some information dear to you, to Coser ING for her time, and to CPH for the opportunity-with all the love, Setsu-Ani.
