Cosplay.PH has pulled all its stops for its sixth and year-ender installment for their “Seasons of Cosplay” series: Cosplay Matsuri (CosMatsu) 2025 — “Winter Wonderland”, last December 28-30, 2025, at Function Rooms 2-5, SMX Convention Center Manila, Pasay City.

Cosplay Matsuri 2025 Event Highlights
The event venue officially opens at 09:00 AM and the event doors at 10:00 with a 15 minute interval for each pass holder.
We also got to catch a glimpse of some of the stage activities happening on all 3 days, including the Cosplay Auction, IGA Kendo Club, Anisong It Singing Contest, Dokuen Cosplay Competition, Ano Na Wa Trivia Game as well as Soul Sync and Irisé’s performance on Day 1 and Xylia Skylark’s performance on Day 3.
CosMeet 2025’s Special Guest Cosplayer and All-Star Avenue
Aside from the simultaneous stage events happening over the three-day event, we managed to catch Kiyo 키어’s meet & greet sessions during all three days, as she interacted with her fans as Takanashi Kiara and Mori Calliope from Hololive English on Days 1 and 3, and Gold Ship from Uma Musume Pretty Derby on Day 2.
Of course, CosMatsu 2025 wouldn’t be complete without its All-Star Avenue Cosplayer Line-up. As we managed to catch our local cosplayers and event performers at their respective booths over the course of the three-day event.
Cosplay Mania Event Series 2026 and Cosplay Carnival 2026 Special Announcements
As CosMatsu 2025 comes to a close, Cosplay.PH revealed their 2026 line-up schedule during the second day of CosMatsu. As the “Season of Cosplay” comes to an end, the “Prisma Saga” for 2026 has now been officially announced, with the first start with Cosplay Carnival 2026 “Eternal Emerald”.
Cosplay Carnival 2026 reveals three special guests making their debut appearance here in the Philippines.
Cosplay Carnival will be bringing in Thailand-based cosplayer, Taotan, as the first guest cosplayer for the “Prisma Saga”.
Cosplay.PH also announced they’ll be bringing back the JAM Concert for 2026 after bringing Akari Akase and Saito Shuka last Cosplay Carnival 2025. Our special guest artists for 2026 for the opening of the “Prisma Saga” includes Japanese musician, halca, and Japanese music group, Who-ya Extended.
Final Overall Thoughts for Cosplay Matsuri 2025
Overall, Cosplay Matsuri 2025 was a wonderful winter wonderland year-ender event, and a nice send-off for the “Seasons of Cosplay” series as another chapter that both cosplayers and convention attendees can look back to.
